Tasting notes
Sight:
Extremely pale colour, with steely reflections and an almost crystalline appearance.
Smell:
Subtle and delicate, with a fine and complex expression. Citrus notes appear alongside hints of fresh white fruit and light bakery nuances coming from the ageing on lees.
Taste:
Light, fresh and very easy to drink, yet with tension and complexity. The ageing on lees brings depth and texture to a profile defined by the minerality and limestone character of the soils of Antequera.
